Shipping
We currently offer two shipping methods from our New York store location.
Ground
Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
Express
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. We currently do not ship to Hawaii and parts of Alaska. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery. Processing Time: ・Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays). ・Orders placed after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays). ・Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays). Freed USA will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing. You will not be charged for any item until it ships. You will be contacted by e-mail with an UPS tracking number when your order leaves our store. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via e-mail within 5 business days.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship overseas.
Shipping Address
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, Hawaii and parts of Alaska. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
Returns
We have a thirty (30) day refund policy. Merchandise must be returned with the original receipt. Customers are responsible for their return shipping. All labels and packaging must be in new condition with tickets attached and not worn. A refund to the credit card used to make the purchase will be given minus the shipping charges. Item on sale or marked final sale are not returnable.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Typographical Errors
While we strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, prices, and other content provided on our website, typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Freed of London USA is not responsible for any typographical errors on our website, including but not limited to pricing errors.
In the event of a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the affected products.
