Clinga large finger weights

Clinga weights are designed specifically for dancers. Training with Clinga leads to improved positioning of hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders and helps to maintain ideal arm movement for ballet and other forms of dance.

The Large weights are 200 grams each and are for dancers 16 years old and up.
Notes: Use Clinga at a safe place with adequate room around you. Do not swing Clinga toward people. Read and follow instructions for use that comes with Clinga. Check with your doctor before beginning this or any exercise. As with any exercise, if you experience pain, discomfort, or any other symptom, you should discontinue the exercise and consult your doctor.
